- The team needs to be co-operative
- They need to contribute equally
- Everyone should have a role
If there is no teamwork:
- The team will break apart
- There will be no communication, thus ideas will not be communicated properly
Nowadays people:
- They are obsessed with phones and social media to the point of no communication
